With StreamTeam you can manage a Spotify queue together.
The team host needs a Spotify Premium account. Each team has a random generated PIN code which is used for joining a team. The host may decide to remove a track from the queue or kick a participant.

Support for other streaming providers such as Apple Music and SoundCloud is planned.
